Shit like this gets passed under the weight of the social pressure of the virtue signaling left. The problem with this is that when leftists use social pressure it has outsized effects like ruining people’s lives, because it has the weight of institutional authority behind it. When rightists use social pressure it has much less effect and invites reprisals

Excellent point and I agree. However, there is another half to this a lot people seem to either not get or just ignore. The left has destroyed the family. They openly defy parents and attempt to indoctrinate children as early as kindergarten, which of course is the earliest chance they get to fill their heads with socialist BS. They believe that it is some nefarious "state" that should rule over all. Remember "it takes a village"? When they start passing laws that children aren't part of a family, have no elders and can chop their dicks off without any knowledge of the parents or family, they have gone full on socialist. Its what the nazi's, chinese, and pol pot all have done before. The rats are following the same script.

It demands being recited again: "Socialism and communism have only killed 100,000,000 people, but hey, lets give it another shot".
