such a club, coaching... he was mediocre as a coach in the Pac-10 for a middling team in a pretty weak conference and now he has a head coaching gig in the NFL. Looks like he was an assistant for quite a while before getting this job. Still shocked though.

He's a good coordinator/offensive mind like Norv Turner and like Wade Phillips was a good defensive mind. None of them are good head coaches.
