I don't think so. Leach has some serious baggage, he is an odd ball, and the Air Raid will never win an NC on it's own.

There aren't many Pullman type places left.

What baggage does Leach have? He wins, he doesn’t cheat, his players usually don’t get arrested, his players graduate. He beats Oregon. Is that what you mean?

Any P5 team down on their luck that is content with being a disruptor to the traditional powers even if they don't win it all.

Arizona schools
Indiana
Kansas
Basically the basketball schools

He's the best thing the cougs have going and if it wasn't for St. Haden they probably win the conference in 2016.

He has plenty options and knows as long as Pete is hear WSU is the least desirable P5 job. Washington is a complete buzz saw to their program right now.
 
Leach is a bigger issue to Cal, Oregon, OSU but, he will have to win an Apple Cup one day.

WSU is going to have to find a way to keep asst coaches from getting poached, too.
