They both have a read the other is bluffing. So it’s effectively a game of chicken of who can make the last bluff. Remember, they can’t see the other’s hole cards like we can. It’s effectively a guess what the other has.

5-bet jam usually (99.8+%) means you have the mortal nuts (best possible hand). Let alone on the river. This type of play usually (90+%) happens before the flop.

It’s sick sick sick.
