"Kofi Boateng says that his summer has come to a bit of a lull. The 6-foot-1 and 177-pound Boateng from Arlington (Texas) Lamar was recently quoted as having a top three schools. Boateng says that's half-right. The three schools he's considering the most right now are the three schools that are also recruiting him the hardest.

"That's yes and no," Boateng said. "Those are the three schools that are pursuing me the most right now. Those three schools are Ole Miss, Arkansas and Washington. I took summer visits to Ole Miss and Arkansas.

"I had been trying to visit Washington all summer, but it most likely will be an official visit. I have been talking to the Washington wide receiver coach about taking a visit there. I am kind of in-between things now with seven-on-seven and taking those visit."

Probably one of the top WR recruits we still have a shot at.

Being recruited by SEC schools, as well as a number of ACC, Big Ten and Pac-12 teams. Plays in a great league in Texas.

Would satisfy my desire for WR sizzle if we landed him.
 
I love this kid. It would almost make up for Aaron Fuller. Almost.

Size: On the plus size of average (6-1, 177; Nike Combine).
Speed: Decent (4.67 40 at a combine, but watch him run on film, he can move).
Play: Very good body control, good hands, moves pretty well in space, but has a sort of 'crispness' of movement and small space quickness you want.

Final Rating: 2 out of 3.
