You watch the video where the cop didn't get dragged. You realize that the cop got sanctioned. In Portland there were hundreds of ACTUAL assaults on cops during the summer of love that we either not charged or dropped. You should get around more and remember what you have read.

Thankfully the video came out. What I’d like to know is why the officer went to the hospital and claimed his uniform was destroyed.

Please dont use your own words and pass it off as something I said. I think I've been clear that at the time, the cops didn't realize who they had arrested. Once word got around that they arrested clean cut, nice guy, conservative Scottie Scheffler, his reputation let him off the hook. If he was a nobody, he would be charged for what he did.
