Hahaha. Our Mount Vernon is green and white and at this point it would have to be in Spanish.
Skagit County had one resident protestor for years who pretty much everyone knew. I found out after he died he was a chickenhawk who took in runaway boys. My dad was a volunteer firefighter and went to a call at his house one night and this sounds made up but the guy fell off his second story indoor balcony thing and his life was saved because he landed on the monumental giant pile of gay porn magazines stacked in his living room so he just broke some ribs.
From some of the stories I've heard from my firefighter buddies, that sounds entire plausible to me.
