Fact Tuttle supported 35th ave bike lanes when 70% of the neighborhood did not screams she is anti constituent. Tuttle founded the Seattle Greenways (bike infrastructure) and has been on record for her support for bike lanes on 35th. If Nimby means not fucking up the neighborhood then sure.
