I may be in the minority but I would rather have him than Schuster. We have plenty of interior guys. This guy can play both inside/outside. He gives us more speed and versatility on the edge.

They struck out last recruiting class and they've reached this recruiting class. Malloe's 1 big recruiting year is looking more like an outlier than anything. Don't forget that he was on Bob Gregory tier to ppl before that year.

This is why it’s so weird. Schuster has a grey shirt offer a month or two ago. We already have two pretty good DL commits.
I loved the Wysch commitment and I feel better about guys completely unknown than shitty three star recruits with offers from WAC teams and Arizona, but this is strange.

I'm fighting the good fight. Kneejerk reactions and overwhelming pessimism is not "hardcore" despite how much this site validates that garbage. Again, if recruiting is going this terribly, I'd rather Jimmy just shut it down and sit on his hands until the season starts and see if you can catch fire and get some momentum going again. You can get guys like this by offering them the day before signing day even if they are already committed to Central or PLU or whatever.
