Right around where I was saying we should pay him. He wins a Rose Bowl year 1 or 2 then you bump that shit up.
 
He wins a Rose Bowl and competes for a natty ... or makes the playoffs ... he would stand on the brink of being the highest paid coach in the country.

this is sacrilege but from a bidness standpoint, 3.6 to Petersen is a better investment than 5 to Mora at this time. If Pete is great, pay him 5. If not, fire his ass after three years and pay someone great 5
