Depends if they actually let him do what he excels at. This overcommit to the run nonsense when you have an elite QB is retarded.

I'm assuming Carroll will be gone soon and the next coach will have a clue how to use Russ.

The defense collapsed, Russ still made the playoffs.

At least half of their playoff losses with Russ have come because Pete didn't let Russ throw until it was too late (especially Atlanta 2012 and Dallas 2018).

You thought Cam Newton was a better QB than Russ.

Russ is much closer to Brady than to Joe Fucking Flacco.

Keep underestimating him.

How many teams in the past 25 years have actually played chicken with using the franchise tag on their franchise QB? They sign him now if they're smart (but not as smart as Carroll and Schneider actually think they are).
