Will Sam Huard Stay Or Transfer?

I'd think the Huards are looking at the change in fortune and are pretty pleased. A good QB coach and offensive mind just got hired. UW just became a good place for him to be again, whether he's able to beat out Haener or not.
 
Can he transfer for a year to our minor league affiliate named Fresno State, get a year of practice/playtime in, and then transfer back?
 
Sam and Damon Huard will both be on board before a move is made to bring Haener back to UW. Everybody needs to relax. DeBoer isn't making those waves right off the bat without consulting both Huards first.
 
He’s not going anywhere. He’s a Huard and will add to his families legacy. Ultimately he’s doomed.gif to be average like his Dad and Uncle before him.
