Plan 2-Coordinator on a Short Leash(2 year rolling contract. Evaluate after
25 games. Might get lucky. Also gives you flexibility and if it doesn't
you get in on the Chip Kelly sweepstakes.)
If I had to choose I go Nussmeier. Wilcox seems more vice
presidential to me. I would certainly encourage Nussmeier
to retain Heyward, Lupoi, and Sirmon because of recruiting
and maybe throw some money at Orgeron if he's interested.
He's a closer.

Wilcox though I have no idea how well he can recruit. I'd accept Nuss as an OC that actually calls his own plays.
