Wilcox myth of the day

I will admit I was a too high on Wilcox. He's average. I think with a good head coach he is a good coach with a great work ethic, but he hasn't shown any consistent signs of greatness.

This comes off as me bashing Wilcox but it is to show that the myth that we should keep Sark because of Wilcox is fucking stupid.

The coaching change for DC was some improvement but not much.
 
This post wasn't meant to bash on Wilcox. It was to show that firing the coordinator while ignoring the real problem is fucking retarded.

The Dallas Cowboys did that and their defense has gotten worse.

Wilcox is an average DC and Sark is a below average OC and head coach. The only guy on his staff ever worth a shit chose to leave(Nuss).

Wilcox should have did that last year and if Sark is somehow retained he'll try his hardest to bail out of here I'm guessing.
 
The common denominator has always been Sark. Always. Save for Cozzetto, I have a lot of confidence in the rest of the coaching staff. Relieve Sark of his duties, especially as offensive play caller as well as Cozzetto and you have addressed 2 of our 3 problems. The DL needs a lot of work still but at least if you get the OL on track, you're saving the QB's health and letting the DL/secondary rest for longer spells.
 
Oh and in terms of strength, I'm not sure Ivan Lewis is getting it done. The linemen are thinner and less bulkier now but given their rag doll status, I'm not so sure they're truly gotten noticeably stronger.
 
I dunno who McGary is. But if he wants to play OL, then he obviously must just be caught up in a numbers game. You know, since UW is so loaded there. I can't blame Seven for that.

Which is the point. I keep seeing Softy and Kim throwing Wilcox under the bus. I'm like didn't we play this game in 2007 and 2011 already?

Just fire the REAL problem which is Sark and the rest will come true.
