How about rather than being a dead carcass of a program that we drag across the country like some sideshow freak, maybe you should have upped your game over the last seventy years and become more respectable as a member of a major conference.

Kansas State has all the same geography and technology challenges that Cuog has.

It is true that KU would leave KSU behind in a heartbeat if KU had gotten an B1G/SEC (or P12 back in 2011) invite.

But KSU got actually good at football which prevented KU from being good at football and therefore prevented KU from being desirable enough. And thanks to the focus 30+ years ago by KSU to no longer be the worst Power conference program in the country they have a spot at a table. Cuog never got good enough consistently.

ASU is another school who is kind of questionable.
