Why do bellevue high recruits school hate UW?

Now that UW lost Budda Baker and is viewed as a longshot for the latest Bellevue 4-star (Marcus Griffin), let's hear your reason for why they all hate UW.

My theory: They all have attitude problems, so We Don't Want Them Anyway.

Fences don't matter because of Twitter and such. We can recruit L.A. instead. Kim said so.

Maybe it's fair to say he hasn't had time to pull off reversals from kids who decided to go to other schools long before he got here. Actually I'd remove the maybe from that sentence, but I've never been a BCS football recruit before so I can't really speak like I know how it works.

I can't open threads on DM.c anymore so I don't bother going there. Anything new posted about Griffin? The last time I recall him being discussed it sounded like UW was back in the picture.
 
To be fair to the Bellevue kids in the past 11 seasons of UW football they've been coached by Gilby, Ty and Sark.

It's truly amazing UW got any kids worth a shit at all with those three leading the way.

I expect the fence will be put back up starting next year once Petersen has built a relationship with these coaches.

Remember with Baker he's been being recruited by Helfrich/Oregon since he was a soph, Mora since he was a soph, Sark since he was a soph(actually I doubt that) while Petersen due to being at Boise probably didn't even waste his time with Baker so he was late in the game.

If by 2015 or even 2016 if Bellevue guys are still choosing to LEAVE! then I'd examine the why. For now it appears they don't want to play for shitty coaches.
 
I think Butch said after Petersen was hired that he liked the Boise coaches cause they wanted to see game film not highlight tapes.

With CP here I expect things to improve quickly between BHS and the UW.

if the Bellevue kids had been invited to Don James' funeral and witnessed the "Go Huuuuuskiiiieeeess" chant that Sark orchestrated then maybe they'd have "gotten it - we're Washington damnit". Hi Kim!
