So this obscene fine came about from a 2011 contrived incident. Only 11 years later the appeals court determined that the fine was based on an anti-religious bias and sent the case back so the same Oregon Bureau of Labor could come up with a non-biased fine - which should be gas money to the next bakery, but won't. Scratch a leftist, find a fascist. Interesting that this is a big deal to a UK paper.
