We are gonna go 8-4 and beat like Oklahoma who has 30 guys sitting out the bowl game and think we are forced to pay Fisch $11m/year to keep him.

Its been proven, repeatedly. As an author you really should know what that word means. No one knows what was in DeBore's head besides Bama and his agent. However, he NEVER even remotely entertained UW as a suitor (to return) and never intended to. It's obvious as hell if you are paying attention.

All that we have are second/third hand private conversation recaps from the people that couldn’t close the deal. Sexton gave UW it’s not you it’s me line and it’s always easier to accept that at face value than evaluate the alternative.
