Big Ben's the toughest motherfucker in the business. I'd take him. Also rape experience seems like a valuable skill in a competition like this.

He'd drink Russell Wilson Miracle Water(r) between rounds, come out and kick all 31 other QB's asses, then offer up chances for selfie's with the Championship trophy.
 
Newton and Big Ben are good choices.

I bet Russell Wilson would be right near the top too. You know Michael Vick is tough too.
