Illinois was supposed to be a hot shot, top ten team and someone blasted them in Champagne. I forgot who and I don't care enough to research it.

They lost to Indiana and Ohio State
Beat USC
I'm sure their not scared of Washington

Illinois is in the second tier along with USC, Michigan, UW, Nebraska, and maybe UCLA.
All teams that will beat each other at home and lose on the road.
Remains to be seen if Oregon is first tier with Ohio State and Indiana, or in the second tier with the dreck.

lol. The team with the nation's longest road winning streak is in the same tier with Illinois POTD.
Oregon hasn't lost a B1G road game yet. Their last 3 games at Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, they're 3-0.
Oregon hasn't lost a road game since UW in 2023.
Oregon went 13-0 in conference, became the 2nd team in CFB history to beat OSU/UM/PSU in the same season and yet it remains to be seen!.
You have some very serious brain chemistry issues.

All anyone remembers about Oregon on the national stage recently is the 34-0 start as a 1 seed. Ohio State seems to be in a class of there own this year and although Indiana seems seriously legit this year their flame out vs ND in the playoffs calls into question how they will fare once the pressure builds up leading into the B1G CG and playoffs.

Should be a close game until something Fischy happens to the offense when the game is on the line. I say that Gross will boink one off the right upright and we lose by 3-6 points. The fighting Illini will have a receiver get 8 catches for 134 yds and 2 TDs

31-27, Grady 2 for 4, Coleman 2 tds and 71 yds
