Age is overrated with coaches. At 65, if he’s a good coach he could give you a good 6-8 years. Young ones leave and get fired too. It’s pie in the sky, wishful thinking to believe you are going to hire a coach and he stays 20 years.none of those guys coached with saban. and willie fritz is 65, jfc.
My only issue with a guy who’s in his mid 60s is whether or not he’s gonna coast once he once gets a big job.
