All out there. Just sum it up in closing. Kyle makes some out of context statement, like I don't support BLM or All Lives Matter and you give the jury a bone that he had it coming. Seems hard to see though how you get a unanimous jury to convict. There is no way the state wants a retrial. Like I said, the judge needs to step up and give a directed verdict.

Tough to get your mind around this that grown men who ostensibly got a law degree and passed the bar and fully understand the elements of self-defense all agree that Rittenhouse is guilty of two murders and an attempted murder and should go to jail for the rest of his life. Then toss in that the entire MSM agrees and I've heard no defense of Kyle from any leftard anywhere - from the US Congress to any leftard here on the shed. Just don't call this a political show trial, however. Leftards lie and love to be lied to.

Pretty quiet, but the big conservative blogs and Tucker, the biggest noise on cable news were right on this from the start. But unlike hondo or the dazzler, I don't like to be lie and be lied to so I go get some actual news instead of fake news. The GOP pulled this same sh*t with Nick Sandmann and the Covington kids, January 6th and the fake Duke lacrosse team non-rapes. Not that there is any pattern here. At least the Duke prosecutor got disbarred. Ain't going to happen here.

Standing in front of a business with a weapon to protect it from being looted and standing there with the intent on shooting anyone who tries, is a stretch this prosecutor hopes to make to this jury.

Actually you want smart independent jurors on this one. It's not a tobacco trial where you do want idiots stuffed with a wad of feelings. Hard to make the stretch when Kyle was putting out fires started by some of the people who were chasing him and threatening with death. Ignoring that is idiotic. Why go to law school and then decide you want to be an embarrassing buffon in front of the nation. Have to ask the dazzler about that.

Jury removed. Prosecutor getting his ass handed to him by judge for presenting info that had been ruled inadmissible before trial. Defense attorney called the whole line “ridiculous”.

How many times is this Judge going to warn this assclown prosecutor before he ends this farce.
 
So KR needed to abide by the curfew but not the rioters. He BROKE a curfew LAW! Okay I agree bad move by defense attorney because he just opened this thing up to minutiae BS that has no bearing on what actually happened.

Looks like the prosecution is intentionally going for a mistrial so they can have a redo. Judge is incompetent if he plays ball with the prosecution. A directed verdict not only is the correct decision but fully supported by the facts. Any curfew violation or permission to protect property is irrelevant.

Judge, “don’t make me warn you again or I’m gonna get really mad.”

The prosecution is going to push the limit because they know if the Judge says F it and ends this thing it’ll look like they were winning and KR got away with murder.

One thing that continually amazes me is that leftards assume we are just like them. They are shocked when we deny it and that we have core values other than free sh*t and power. They just love to phuck that strawman ass. If Kyle was black, like I would want him put in jail for the rest of his life for shooting three of the whitest scum on the planet in self-defense?

How would Fox News react if a Black teenager killed two people and then explained that he got the gun illegally because it “looked cool”?
