Well, the prosecution definitely went to a top tier law school and learned that a key element of a self-defense argument is that you can't have a gun. The entire prosecution team should be disbarred. Hopefully, there is one honest jury member in this case.

Rittenhouse's defense counsel hasn't been that great. They should have hit the fucking roof in response to that. They also allowed the prosecution to argue "facts" that not only weren't in evidence, they were counter to their own medical expert's testimony regarding where Rosenbaum's hand was in relationship to the gun. He also argued the order of the shots fired with nothing in the record to support what he was claiming.

Yea, he'll get off on the minor stuff like murder, but I don't see him ducking the interstate travel charges. Which I believe carry a mandatory minimum of life in prison.

Yep, you have an obligation to take a beating if you're being beaten by a perp the left finds to be sympathetic.

Then says the thugs chasing him were doing so because he was and ACTIVE shooter. Listened to a reporter say that jurors looked bored during his rebuttal. One even struggling not to fall to sleep. Riveting stuff.

Did you know that someone who is chasing you and close enough to grab the barrel of your gun isn't really that close and you should let them get even closer before you fire your weapon and even then maybe you shouldn't fire your weapon at all, maybe you should just fight that person with fists. Because fist aren't deadly weapons. Anyone think this prosecutor has ever employed that argument with domestic violence victims?
 
Loved it when the defense pulled out the tape measure to show jurors how close 4 feet really is. He should have played the vid of how quickly an unarmed person can close a 20 foot distance to engage an armed person. The clown prosecutor is assuming that if KR said lets thrown down, the Pedo would have been the only person he'd be fighting. Has he watched any video of Antifa at work?
