Wisconsin is in year two with Longo. His offense is somewhere between the run and shoot and the air raid. Those styles don’t scare me, they’ll be better but not scary. Indiana under Cignetti and Sparty with Smith will improve a ton but not enough to count them as dynamic this year. Maryland has flashes of brilliance but lay an egg as often as they score 35.
Minnesota, Iowa, Pedo, Rutgers will all most likely have winning records despite their offenses. Purdue and Illinois are awful to watch and UCLA is coordinated by a guy who’s only had great success as a coach when Andy Ried held his hand. I might be wrong but I don’t think he was well received with Washington as a play caller last year. They’ll struggle. UWs offense may be top 5 in the B1G by default.
