He'll stay this time and drive his annual salary up astronomically which means his severance will be higher too. So he can shit the bed and write books for a couple more years and when the Cuogs want to fire him, they can't because it will cost too much.

The next big run is when he'll leave.
 
There are only a few jobs in the country where so few people give a fuck that Mike Leach's crazy shit would actually fly on a week to week basis. Lubbock, Pullman, ??????. I honestly can't think of another school with remote enough a location where he wouldn't be attacked by the media.
