Imagine if the NBA, NCAA, NFL, MLB, and NHL changed outcomes because Joe belly rolls from Lexington Kentucky called the offices to notify them of an infraction.
 
Same thing happened at the USOpen in Tacoma. At the time the PGA touted it as 'fan interaction' between golf and its viewers.
