Honestly based on what I saw I think we should be top 25. I think we will be top 20 which is fine by me - I'll take it.

That was probably the worst BSU team in a decade, shouldn't take away from the performance by UW though
 
Boobs is right you know. Shouldn't pay attention to rankings until teams get into the meat of their schedules.
 
With playing at Illinois, hosting Idaho State and hosting Arizona this team could be ranked for a solid month.

I hope our team can handle being ranked that long without getting big heads.
 
It's sad, you guys have been burned so many times you're having a hard time accepting that this years UW team is a legit top 25 outfit. Grinding Boise into the pavement convinced me.

Sad thing, I actually trust the Duck fans more on this than my own eyes. You hit the nail on the head...so many times when the moron Doog side of me (we all have one buried deep down) hoped like fuck we had turned a corner, just to see my hopes dashed upon the rocks of Gilby/Ty/Sark retardism.

I was thinking last night, if this wasn't UW, I would think, based purely on how they are playing, that this is a legit Top-25, 2nd-3rd place in major conference type team here. Then, the "I have been trick fucked so many times this must be a mirage" kicked back in, and I am now thinking...well, let it play out.

Thanks for the opposing team perspective, probably better than my own.

The problem is we can't judge if they're really that bad. They don't play anyone the rest of the season
 
Based on us beating #19 soundly, we should be ranked top 20. Of course, East Coast guys will say it was just Boise, and others will say this team will hit the ceiling starting in game 5. Taking all that into consideration, we will be ranked top 20 for September, then reality will hit us.
