When is the best time to fire Will Harris?

If we're going retroactive, go back to when he was hired to recruit future classes. Last year and this year make it pretty clear that he wasn't doing it well.
 
And we know no why they took the CB who enrolled a week later as part of the 21 class last month.

Maybe if we hired a 3rd DB coach (to go w/ the HC who made his name as our DB coach) we could get better results.

Ugh.
 
Jimmy's playing 3D chess. When HCH wants a coach fired they usually get an extension and a raise.
