When Harbaugh leaves Michigan for the NFL….

…how much does UM offer Deboer to come to Ann Arbor?

its probably going to be a lot of money, at least going to be what mel was getting at sparty. have to think harbaugh once again goes back on his word and jumps to the nfl, maybe the bears?

will uw match? who knows.

but if michigan cant land deboer, who else will they get? grubb? is michigan the type of school to have an OC 'learn on the job?' uw tried that, didnt work. domers are trying that, it isnt working.

im sure it will be an entertaining as fuck coaching search though, hopefully it rivals the schiano/tennessee shenanigans.

edit: i added this link of who bruce feldman thinks are 'up and coming coaches' and holy shit, football season comes at you fast

My #sources indicate that Michigan is the only real threat to pull Deboer out of THEGREATESTSETTING

Lanning to Bama
Deboer to Michigan

Stein v Grubb at Autzen trailer park in 2024

You fucking wish Lanning would leave for Bama

Between USC, Michigan and Penn State (I’m assuming PSU will decide to care again and be tired of 10-2) we gonna have a hell of a bidding war.

Franklin just won the Rose Bowl. He isn't getting fired

He's 3-16 vs top 10 teams at PSU. The 3 are:

Blocked FG for a TD to beat tOSU at home in 2016.
Beat Wisconsin in 2016 B1G champ game, coming back from 28-7 deficit in
(Of course, that 2016 season included a 49-10 loss in the Big House)

Utah in the 2023 Rose Bowl.

He's Mark Richt.

Put this in the annual loss to Ohio State game thread

Your coach is in his tenth year. 84-36. One league championship. Lost a Rose Bowl won a Fiesta Bowl. Won a Rose Bowl after finishing 3rd in his division

Gets paid 10 million a year to finish third in his division.

As a matter of fact I would fire him

I bet you've fired many an employee for less. That's what I'm hearing.

I probably wouldn’t fire him while he’s #2 in the country, but that’s just me.

Yeah, I think you need to let the whole investigation play out before firing anyone, but pulling his contract extension offer is also the right move.

And pray that some sacrificial lamb assistant will suffice.
