Vaccinating your way out of this was always dumb and could potentially be very counter productive. Some here recognized that reality from a science and evolutionary perspective early, irregardless of the personal freedom discussion or the safety of the vaccines themselves.

You have highly skilled good people being shown the door because they've chosen to exercise a RIGHT. Just learned on a local level of a candidate for the local office. Normal guy. Good guy. Probably never would have come out of the woodwork if they’d have just left him alone to live his life

There is about to be a reshaping of elected officials like we have never seen.

 
I remember when the Vaxx first got rolled out it was all sunshine and roses and nothing would be coercive. Just a "here's a chance to protect yourself use your best judgement" approach. That lasted about a month. And now we have gone from coercion to outright weaponization. I say this all as a vaccinated person. It's utter horseshit.

Unfortunately, I have seen this comment made very two years for far too many times. Congressional approval is 16% or so and when the election rolls around 87% are reelected. It seems that the feelings are "my guy is not the 84% bad it must be your guy".

Then when they all get sworn in, nothing changes.

Unless a third party (socialist or Libertarian) gains control things will continue to slowly change us to socially liberal Europe. Actually, probably closer to Greece
