What is wrong with you people?

You guys have to admit. My facts on this are pretty solid. Why is everyone freaking out about this game? It's not like we need Arizona123 to predict defeat in order to beat these guys. I'm not saying they're weak but quite honestly, they are very beatable and the fact it's at home ( given it's stanford ) is not particularly relevant. That's not a hostile place.

Stanford has lost one home game since 2009, and that was to the Mighty Oregon Plunger Rapists.

To be fair how many ranked opponents have they defeated in that stretch?

To be fair, UW won't be ranked three weeks from now.

Stanford has beaten the following ranked teams at home from 2010-present (rankings are at the time the game was played):
2010 - #15 Arizona, 42-17 (take a note of this one)
2011 - #25 Washington rather easily, say 65-21
2011 - #22 Notre Dame, 28-14
2012 - #2 (lol) USC, 21-14
2012 - #11 Oregon State, 27-23
2012 - #16 UCLA, 27-24

Here's Washington's comprehensive list of road wins over ranked teams during the same time frame:
2010 - #18 USC, 32-31

Damn never thought I'd see the day where Stanford has the best homefield advantage in the conference.

Stats are for losers in football, especially on the road. Huskies could win, but if they do it will defy logic and the intangibles, such as Stanford's desire for payback to the only Pac-12 opponent they lost to last season and Sark's record of mediocre or shaky-at-best management of road games.

Still, Stanford isn't perfect or I believe as good as many in the no-account expert media think. Huskies could win in an upset if the Tree somehow help us in ways no-one can even begin to predict. UW must play it's best game thus far in 2013 since 2001 and hope to be there with some kind of lead at the end.
