I had to double check and look because I was confused why she was involved with social media at all, but she’s actually the director of digital AND NIL strategy. With her background, she is qualified for the digital aspect and that’s what she seems to be focusing on. The NIL strategy piece needs to be at least one, full-time dedicated FTE (with a team of 3-4 under them). So as much hate as ramming has got, this is really on Jen for cheaping out and hiring one person for two roles (where she is only qualified for one). [/b]
