what im hearing re: p12 network/tv contract/boofs bouncin

RE attendance. Penn State student tickets sell out in 20 mins. Hot tickets do exist.

It might be the only thing to do there, but still.

I won't speak to Penn St, but the Michigan State fans were floored at the UW campus. I am not exaggerating that. They did not know campuses like this exist.

Flying to Seattle was a literal vacation for them.

You clearly haven't been to Lansing, Michigan

You'd be shocked at how much farmland there is in Michigan

What in the fucking tequilla does farmland have to do with beautiful campuses?

a 9 school conference, all schools playing each other? The conference champion makes the playoff and if it is a top 4 ranking of the P5 conference champs gets a bye to the round of 8 in the playoffs?

Why is this bad?

1 leaving just means SDSU is swapped in.

If so then fine. Fuck colorado.

But also, fuck this carcass of a league in it's dried out eye socket. Anything that hurts or makes the Pac look bad or causes turmoil is alright by me.

Meh. I mean I get it, but I’d rather stay at 8 conference games.

Who woulda thought Arizona would be the load bearing pin that if pulled topples the once proud Pac 10? I mean USC was like having the cables of the bridge cut first but you still gotta pull that pin. Arizona, LOL. Do it Wildcats! End this joke!

The other P5 conferences will band together to not play the PAC to try and force it to dissolve. At least will force them to play neutral field or not do a home and home similar to what P5 already does to G5 teams

We talked about it.

Sometimes thinking you're worth way more than you are actually works out.

Just ask the Duck fans here up until ~2010.

I don't know about tv market share, but if we're using the actual athletics as the barometer SDSU is a huge upgrade over CU.

Better fit culturally too.

But still.

Hoping for ☠️🤝🥀

Oregon is holding an emergency meeting tomorrow morning. Rumor about them going to the Big 12.

This is per Softy.

Big 12 is saying a non corner school is interested

Well bye 👋

The conference is dead

Congrats on Colorado for finally growing a pair and leaving the conference

Now the real fun begins watching programs try to play musical chairs and hope to have a seat when the music stops

Washington and Stanford to the B1G

It's the only 2 PAC schools I can see going to the B10 at this point

Neither are a given as there's a lot of reason to believe that getting to the South through the ACC is a bigger priority

UW and Cal.

Cal won't let UCLA kill them.

Stanford probably just wants Ivy League sports. We?lol only see them in rowboat.

false flag. yes, there is an offer out to boofs and yes the board needs to talk about it. Boofs tryin for leverage on their side down the road. but long term, boofs want to be aligned with us?, quooks, tree, and bear.

screenshots, get all you need, just reporting what I’m hearing.

There's no way any of the above mentioned teams aren't dead focused on a BIG invite in the near future. A temporary stop in the B12 means little for Oregon, and the Bay schools have the academic prowess to know how important people seeing their logos on tv is
