I was driving down to the local Walmart this eve and the thought hit me…. ‘Holy shit, this place would be an absolute clusterfuck if we played Bama and he left for Bama right after’

He had been in talks since the Pac-12, so Fatton/sexton was already lining it up.

Bama wins, he leaves for Bama, UW fans invest in SAM systems and go ballistic as he departs.
UW wins, Bama hates him already for sending Saban out on an L.

No matter, I guess this would have been a worse scenario for the sanity of the board.
