What if UW had spread the field and thrown the ball against Michigan?

Might we have had some sort of chance of not humiliating ourselves on national TV?

The defense and special teams would have figured out how to wet the bed even more. We didn’t block very well and Morris likely gets sacked and fumbles more.

Dealing in hypotheticals now, Stalin?

I still think we would have lost, but at least we would give ourselves a chance to be competitive.

It would be like if Uber said you couldn't pick up passengers who lived outside of a 5-mile radius of your home, while Lyft meanwhile had no such restrictions on their drivers.

Thanks for clarifying that with language I understand.

You bet buddy

If we played Michigan like we played Arkansas State, it could've gone either way, but we would not have embarrassed ourselves. There's people on this board who today are talking about Arkansas State like an afterthought, who last week were talking like they were Bama.

Wow. Nothing like a hard-earned home victory over a rising juggernaut from Jonesboro Arkansas to get the circle jerk going around here again.

Their starting quarterback who was an FSU transfer was supposed to beat us by 30.

Their defense, specifically their corners are really bad. I love McMillan so far but it's hard to tell if he was just feasting on low level dbs

Our personnel, without a doubt, is better at throwing the ball and sucks at running. WIW but it's incredible that the staff didn't realize this. I hope the Jon Don rumors are true.

In fairness he never said it would be anytime soon, or under Coach Lake.
Just, at some point before the heat death of the universe. Very comforting.
So, 2038 is going to be special. Just what I'm hearing; don't twist.

Are you hearing the death of the universe is coming in 2039, because that kind of makes me want to live 18 more years. If UW never won another game before that I'd face the big collapse with a smug smirk on my face.
