What happened in the BC game?

Quite honestly, I don't know what happened out there. We had a hard week of practice and I thought our guys were ready to rip it. But you just never know until you're put in game situation how the kids are going to perform. You have to remember that we have a lot of young guys out there and they have a lot of maturing to go through. The loss is tough, but it's part of their maturing process and they will learn from this and get better. We'll get back to work Monday morning by watching some film and we'll figure out what went wrong and undoubtedly improve on those areas. Our guys are tough. It's unfortunate that they had to experience a game like this. They didn't deserve it, because I thought they have put in the work through the off-season and in the week leading up to this game.

I think, quite honestly, if Cody had just gone out there and ripped it, we'd have won the game rather easily...say, 34-17.
