Well, you and the dementia patient allowed millions of unvetted illegal aliens to invade the US and threaten public safety and you seem to act like this didn't occur. Seems like ignoring US immigration statutes is sort of fascistic.

Congress makes laws governing immigration. Judges interpret and review those laws for constitutionality. The executive executes those laws as written and interpreted. It’s almost like we have three branches of government and a separation of powers!
