What does East Carolina's Chart have to say?

I've pointed that out multiple times when watching our last few games. Miley has been letting the play clock run to 3 seconds when he has been snapping in games late now.
 
Don't you guys line up in shotgun a fair bit, if that's the case, the center often snaps the ball after the QB claps ready
