Props to Feld for packaging it differently and building a career from it. I'll never knock Sark for going from the mall cell phone kiosk to millionaire, and there is a lot of Truth about haters going to hate.
 
So I've been ignorant of this guy and his methods, other than seeing him rant and scream occasionally. Does he really believe that the key to football success is having ape arms?

If you're axing seriousamente... the dealio is that Coach Steampunk uses the curls and arms thing to keep the kids interested and having fun with his program - which seems to be doing pretty damn well, judging by the results during UO v. Stanford and the low rate of injury this season (also too, no rhabdo)

But it's funny, so whatever.
