Wilcox would be a better coach than Sark. He seems like a football junky type of guy and the product he put on the field the past 2 seasons was a definite improvement over the previous years.
We don't really know how good a recruiter he is. Say what you want about Sark, maybe he alienated a part of the recruiting base, but he also brought quite a few studs.
I still think coaching >>> recruiting so Wilcox wins, not that he would be my first choice at all.
