Weird UW 2023 Road Schedule ~ 5 straight games on the Road?

WTF… after 2 games at home to open the season, The Dawgs then have a 5 game stretch of games on the road followed by another stretch of 5 straight home games? Really? Wouldn’t you think that schedule makers would find a way to say that no, we aren’t going to do that…

Maybe this has already been pointed out and i just missed the discussion, if not, here is the schedule…

The entire schedule is being redone. These are just placeholder Conference games ..the order will change once they get the computers to spit out the data. I read they have to make modifications based on the fact that North/South divisions no longer exist

I did the same WTF until I remembered that I got suckered into the same shit a couple of seasons ago. The game in the Coliseum looks to be a doozy.
 
There are high highs and low lows while winning an off season natty, erroneously shitposting schedule complaints in December is the latter
 
larry scott's parting gift for the p12 was to have everyone play teams in alphabetical order.

2022 schedule was announced Dec 16, 2021.
Note this was a big improvement from previous year when this was set super late.

2021 announced March 2, '21
2020 announced Jan 16, '20
2019 announced Dec 4, '18

Anyway if they are competent we may hear something soon.
So probably not.

I kinda miss Apple Cup on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Almost guaranteed a decent time slot. I hope they go back to that

Since the Pac12 is dead, it really doesn’t matter anymore but putting the Apple Cup on Friday after thanksgiving when the game is at UW permanently would be a smart move. The drawback is then you’d want it on Saturday in Pullman because of the painful @Logistics involved going to WSU.

it takes a bit for the programmers to get USC, Oregon, Oregon St and Utah to all have byes before they play us
 
I’m glad this thread exists because I told Mrs Nacho that UW plays in Michigan next year and I’m interested in going. She asked when’s the game to which I replied, let me check Hardcore Husky.
