We should hire DeBoer back

DeBoer can't even work with a roster than made a 4 team CFP in the hardest conference in college football. He's devolving into what he was at Fresno where he's losing to shitty teams even.
What the fuck was he going to do with a legit roster rebuild, and he doesn't even have a group of young talent to go follow him like Fisch had.

I know @dtd kidding but it is chinteresting that Arizona has fallen off after Fisch / staff left. Like UW, they also had to surprisingly scramble to fill holes but they still have their two best players (Fifita and McMillan) and returned a decent amount of other starters.
People are just regurgitating the same shit they do every time this happens.

Don't tell Race. His depends are already full.

I leave the board for a few days to black out in New Orleans and I come back to this shit? We like to overreact to shit each week in college football and right now it looks like DeBoer and a lot of 2022/23 was lightning in a bottle which can't be recreated. It's possible we get down the road at some point and rehiring DeBoer is the best option. We're probably not in a good place if that happens.
Right now it also looks like any Arizona guy left behind by Fisch should have just came with him or went somewhere else. I think Rogers now and Demond for the future looks better than Fifita and I think McMillan just wanted to stay in Tucson for a few months then be the top WR taken in the draft.
I think DeBoer is 6-1 right now had he stayed but it didn't happen though so time to move on. He would still have his same recruiting questions, the defense would still suck and be coached by his regional assistant to the manager guys and the team wouldn't be a legit contender.

Lots of goalpost moving going on here.

Suddenly, bringing DeBitch back is the same as DeBitch and all the staff and all the NFL players and all the Petersen 6th year guys never leaving.
All the players that were losers under Lake? It’s almost as if the head coach matters. A lot.
Today I learned some fans don't understand the difference between a kid in his 6th year vs his 4th year.
But yeah Lake sucked as a HC.

Doest mean anybody should want DeBitch back though.

Doesn’t it like not matter what he’s doing at Bama and shouldn’t it be more about what he would have done at UW?
You lost every bit of momentum you had.

If only Washington fans had the same standards for Washington that they do for Bama
Not to mention Fisch losing three games already in 7 tries. Took DeBoer 28 games
And yes all momentum lost which is how UW rolls. Saved 8 million bucks so there's that

Well if Fisch and staff turn things around and win a game or two where they are underdogs, we'll probably want them to stay for 2025. If Fisch and staff don't, we're still stuck with them for 2025 and all we can hope for is a very good recruiting class (SIZZLE). Either way, it will be Chinteresting.

If UW wins out you all can rip me to shreds and I'll give Fisch a 6 game extension

Haha, no way Fisch wins out. Even if DeBoer was still here, no way he'd win out. The OL isn't good enough and neither is the pass rush. I hope both prove me wrong on Saturday.

You can’t even pitch to the kids or transfers that you are capable of getting to the final.
He’s gone and they won’t believe you.
That 8 million is worth quadruple that in the long run. Even more if he continued to be successful at UW.

The "He's gone" narrative hasn't come from anyone but quooks, cuoglets, and Jon Wilner.
