We're back in Baltimore with David Simon and a look at the policing issues from 2005 to 2017. The main focus is a police gang that robbed dealers but also is a reasonably fair look at policing issues in America's shithole.

After Freddy Gray cops stopped policing which pissed off the politicians because the murder rate soared ever higher. There was a scene where a couple cops were trying to cuff a resisting perp while being filmed by cameras on phones and finally said fuck it.

So if they can't brutalize a perp they won't work? I mean, kind of. These aren't choir boys

Also goes into how in order to keep the murders down the cops were instructed to clear the corners on any charge because 24 hours in jail means no one gets murdered.

Definitely not black and white. More gray because cops, cop leaders and politicians are diverse as in Black and White.

Like the Wire there is precious little hope that it gets better, It just changes.

The good news is that Marlo cleaned up his act is now a homicide detective. Thumbs up

Started watching it the other day. Seems to be pretty good so far. My fear is that they will do like all of Hollywood and just focus on how racist everyone is, but so far seems pretty balanced.

We have the best film and show reviews of any half brain husky fan site on the net. I've always said so.

Music reviews though? Not so good. Some of you suck worse than me.

Marlo really turned his life around with Bosch.

When I first watched the Wire, Marlo was by far the scariest character

Stone cold killer among killers
