I would agree and give them their cell phones at lunch and after they are finished working. They spend 70% of their time with selfies or tik tok.Everyone in my parent's generation who I've spoken to that grew up in rural areas all picked berries as summer jobs during summer break. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of kids who would enjoy earning money while being out in the sun all day.
