it would seem like since 75 million people seem to vote for nothing other than abortion rights, they could easily be 100% funded by donations.

Well, at least Oregon edged out DC. Surely a reason to continue to support the dems leadership on education the kiddies. I'm sure so more money for administrators would move us up a couple of more spots. Surprised that West Linn sucks so bad.
