Defining the fentanyl death rate as a success is pretty misleading with the wide spread introduction of Narcan. Having a fentanyl addict "saved" from death several times by the use of Narcan isn't really a success. Even then Oregon and Washington are still seeing increases in over dose deaths. Interesting that every dem TV ad I see hear in the Portland area including Washington dem candidates are all espousing their commitment to stopping fentanyl. What that means is never explained. Actually closing the border is never discussed just blaming Trump. Headboard used that lie last night with Brett.
