The Make Inflation Greater Act is a DEI wish list. All programs are designed for Equity and entail massive amounts of documentation to get the grants. The EV charger program demands a priority for disadvantaged neighborhoods. Like east Portland is just stuffed with single parent households that own Teslas. If you target neighborhoods which actually have EVs, you fail.
