The late Rush Limbaugh once said that the GOP should offer amnesty if there was no right to vote for 20 years
Offer them the Trump solution. Start building the fence again, all new illegals immediately deported, no refugee hearings in the US, expedited expulsion of any illegal missing a hearing date, impose an excise tax on US remittances to Mexico until Mexico secures its southern border and helps secure their northern border, tariffs on Mexican exports to the US, end chain migration and then after that has occurred discuss amnesty.
