Over under on the I-5 widening project? I'd say never. I-5 is two lanes each way, North and South through North Portland by the Rose Garden Should have been widened in the 1970 but that when the left took over the state and Portland governments and they hate cars and the ability of people to independently to move about. But they are thinking about it. Definitely not shovel ready. Like I posted, took 1 year and 45 days to build the Empire State Building essentially by hand. No laser measurements, no computer blue prints etc.
