Does this mean we can start discussing the centuries old racial issue of light-skinned blacks discriminating against more dark-skinned blacks?

Or must that narrative remain censured and closeted?
 
So, when we have legal and illegal immigrants come to the US, we have some affirmative duty to warn them of air quality issues? Does anyone in their family or circle of friends not speak English and can't take it upon themselves to tell a vulnerable person that the smoke in the air in Portland is bad for those with impaired lungs? Like, hey mom, I was outside and its really smoky and you need to take care of yourself and stay inside. Racial inequality my ass.

E. WA, E. OR and N. Idaho have dealt with smoke for the past five years. Because of shit logging practices imposed by Jay Chinslee and his ilk.
